Bellum Idolorum

A souls-like project with a heavy focus on directional combat and in-depth dueling mechanics. Attack and block in 9 directions, parry attacks by attacking in the same direction, and perform spinning attacks to deal with large crowds. Lo-fi style with heavy dark fantasy theming up and coming. Controller Required.

Game is currently in an early prototype stage with just a tutorial showing proof of concept. Planned features will include:

- An array of melee and ranged weapons, armors and shields

- Spells/abilities and combos based on attack direction sequences.

- More in depth multi-enemy combat, with more sophisticated enemy behaviors

- Aesthetic backdrops and grim visual FX
